With repertoire ranging from European Renaissance through the Baroque and Classical periods to contemporaries such as Villa Lobos, Leo Brouwer, and Ralph Towner, John has performed in concert halls, colleges, and clubs throughout New England and Europe for nearly thirty years. He is a staff musician at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and performs there regularly.
Guitarists and musicians who influence John's music range from Julian Bream to the Beatles and include The Gipsy Kings, Oscar Lopez, and Paco De Lucia.
